Shipping policy 

We make sure to package each crystal super well to ensure items do not get damaged during shipping. 

 

All orders will get shipped within 3-7 business days after purchase.  All orders come with a Tracking Number for you to track your purchase. All Orders will be shipped out with Canada Post.

 

Nature's Creations does not claim responsibility for your package once it has left our facility. The courier is responsible for any lost packages or items.

 

Please be sure to double/triple check to make sure your address is correct before submitting your order. We do not claim responsibility if you enter in the wrong address.

 

OPEN BOX 

​We will hold an open box for up to 6 months. once you have reached $200 you will get free shipping and we will take off $18 for the shipping you have already paid. If you have not spent $200 and it has passed the 6 months we will ship the items (we will let you know before the 6 months is up) If you wish to have an open box and are local we will send you a promo code to remove the shipping cost.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Nature’s Creations is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Return policy 

We do not offer refunds on items at this time. If an item shows up damaged or broken please contact us. Please inspect your order upon arrival, take photos, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue as soon as possible and make it right! We can issue a store credit, or replacement if eligible.

All items are unique, crystals have natural flaws such as druze pockets, natural dents, cracks, lines, and/or holes, to which this is not considered damage or broken.
